How Long Will It Take To Get A Flat Stomach
If you have been working out for your stomach doing 100-200 (good!) crunches a few days a week, but see no difference really, what’s wrong then.Why nothing seems to work. No matter how many calories you lose, none seem to come from your stomach. Will your belly eventually flatten out? How long will it take?
Well, getting the body you want doesn’t always take that short of a time. It can take from few weeks to 3-4 months as it depends of your own body type, your weight. Everybody is different! The stomach tends to be one of the last places to lose fat. Just keep on going!

What’s Good About Abdominal Crunches Exercise
The crunches tightens up the muscles in the stomach, and to see a flat stomach, you’ll need also to lose weight. The muscle is there but the fat hides it. Loose the fat and see the results.
However you really need to work hard and stay on target with your workout, and sooner or later you will definitely see a difference.
Overweight?
Trying to target that one area is not going to work if you are overweight. It’s also very important what other exercises are you doing during your workout. Are you lifting weights, running on treadmill, swimming? Try a combination of healthy diet, high intensity cardio, and weight training to get rid of the fat. All of these will help as well.
Fast diets and fancy machines will not do it. A pill or special tea, berries or magical juice will not make you thin. It is a change in what you are eating. A healthy weight loss is about 2lbs a week. To increase your metabolism try to switch up your exercise routine – push ups, planks, supermans should all tone up your body. Burn more than you eat.
What Should I Eat To Lose Weight
Diet is VERY important! Not only that, I believe ( I have seen it on myself, I’m 39, 127lbs) eating right is basic. Eat 4-5 small meals a day. Reduce starches, sugars, etc. Diet is 80 percent of any weightloss program.
When you make your lunch just divide it into two meals. Eat one at regular lunch time and then one about 3 hrs later. Eat smaller portions overall. Lots of veggies. Lean protein.
All of these will help flatten your stomach.
What Does A Toned Body Look Like
