How Can I Get A Flat Belly Before The New Year
Want to lose weight and get flat abs by the New Year? Try to lose 5 pounds a week, eat less, avoid fatty foods, exercise more, and brush your teeth a lot -- not kidding, it discourages people from eating and also contributes to a pearly white smile!
Drink a lot of water because if you don’t, your body will retain what little water it can get and add on a few pounds. Plus water fills you up sometimes and has no calories.
Foods That Burn Belly Fat
It does matter what or how much you eat. So, watch what you eat!
Don’t eat anything that man has touched. For example, nothing that has been processed. Things in a can, box or bottle unless it is pure.
Don’t eat anything that has cream, sauces, butter, hydronized stuff, sodium, etc. Stay away from fast food. Eat from the meat, produce and dairy aisle. Dairy means eggs, not cheese, milk, creamers, etc. You will have to be focused to lose 5 pounds per week to get to your goal.
Get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night, eat pretty healthy and flush your colons.You will also have to reduce sugars from your diet. Have 3 main meals and 2 snacks a day and don’t eat right before bed and drink lots of water – this will help.
Flat Belly Exercises
For dramatic weight loss, you will need to implement cardio. I would suggest maybe some running, situps and crunches. Also, exercise first thing in the morning, before you eat so your body’s burning calories that are already stored up as fat.
I guarentee if you do 2 sets of 25 crunches a day your stomach will be perfectly flat. You could even do 2 sets of 15 a day and they would still look good.
If you run everyday in the morning or in the evening for 30 minutes and then exercises 1X a day in the morning or evening doing exercises on your back to tighten up your stomach muscles that will also help.
Get an hour of aerobic exercise per day. Aerobic exercises burn the most fat. Running, walking hills or stairs, dancing, biking, ellipetical, spinning, jumprope, etc its all good.
Do cardiovascular training with no weights and it’ll tone up your belly in no time! Just get off the couch and do something!
Do YOGA.
I would definitely recommend rowing if looking for a decent cardio workout.

Do it 3-5 sets/day. Once you get the hang of it, you connect with the muscle workload quite quickly and it takes less reps.
You can do this anytime, though best not on a full stomach and better yet on an empty one! Just 7 seconds! It’s easier than other exercises.
